We understand life gets busy and every situation is different. We kindly ask for 24 hours advanced notice. If you arrive 10 minutes past your appointment time, we may ask you to reschedule. A “no show” fee may be applied for appointments missed, canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, excluding illness.

Yes, we accept most dental insurance plans, and are contracted providers with Aetna, Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, Delta Dental, Moda Health, MetLife, Cigna, and KAISER Medical only. Please call us if you have any questions!

In order to honor our patients who have appointments, we do not accept walk-ins. We encourage you to make an appointment if you are interested in being seen. However, we understand emergencies do happen and we want to ensure all children get the care that they need. Our team will review each individual case and help create a plan to get your child's issue evaluated and treated as soon as possible.

In an effort to reduce the cost to you, the patient, while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we have established the financial policy as follows: Payment of any account balance is due in full within 20 days of statement date. We gladly accept Visa or MasterCard payments. Payment plans are available through CareCredit.
