Dr. Hai Pham believes every child deserves to feel safe, understood, and cared for. He treats each patient as an individual, taking pride in creating positive dental experiences that shape a lifetime of healthy smiles. His compassionate approach is deeply personal; while completing his pediatric dental residency, Dr. Pham underwent cancer treatment. This experience provided him with a patient’s perspective that strengthened his empathy and commitment to providing gentle, thoughtful care to every family he serves.
Dr. Pham earned his dental degree from Oregon Health & Science University in 2006 and completed his pediatric dental residency at Doernbecher Children’s Hospital and OHSU in 2009. In recognition of his leadership, he received OHSU’s first Early Career Achievement Award for his contributions to the community and the dental profession.
He remains actively involved in advancing children’s health and organized dentistry. Dr. Pham currently serves as the Pediatric Section Chair at Randall Children’s Hospital. His past leadership roles include serving as Oregon’s Delegate to the American Dental Association, President of the Oregon Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, and President of the Washington County Dental Society. He also served as a Board Member of the Dental Foundation of Oregon, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free dental care to children in need.
To support children requiring treatment in surgical settings, Dr. Pham holds hospital privileges at Randall Children’s Hospital, St. Vincent, and Kaiser Interstate Day Surgery Center. Additionally, he serves as the State Representative for House District 36, where he advocates for improved access to oral, physical, and behavioral health.
